Tishman-Turner Joint Venture III, on behalf of the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey as its Construction Manager for the World Trade Center – Pre-Tenant and Parking Garage Fit-Out Project, will be issuing Qualification/Solicitation packages for the trade contracts listed below.
Due to high level security requirements involved in this Project, certain administrative requirements that are contained in the Pre-Proposal/Bid Screening Process, must be satisfied in order to receive a solicitation package.
PROSPECTIVE PROPOSERS/BIDDERS MUST COMPLETE THE PRE-PROPOSAL/BID SCREENING PROCESS FOR EACH TRADE PACKAGE IN WHICH THEY WISH TO PARTICIPATE.
Prospective Proposers/Bidders are advised that they may be required to obtain a performance and payment bond for the trade they intend to bid. In addition Prospective Proposers/Bidders must be able to demonstrate their qualifications in accordance with the requirements in the advertisement found on the link for each trade listed below. Prospective Proposers/Bidders that fail to meet these requirements will be disqualified. Therefore, Prospective Proposers/Bidders should not start the screening process unless they can meet these requirements.
In order to ensure adequate time to complete the Pre-Proposal/Bid Screening Process, Prospective Proposers/Bidders are strongly encouraged to start the process at their earliest convenience. The Solicitation documents will be released to Prospective Proposers/Bidders who have completed the specific requirements detailed below (clicking on the link below) for the Trade the Prospective Proposer/Bidder is interested in bidding. The solicitation documents will not be released earlier than the Release Date posted below**.
It is the sole responsibility of each Prospective Proposer/Bidder to follow-up and complete the screening process as detailed in the links for the Trades listed below.

Please take notice of the Zero Tolerance Policy, Letter from the Director of Procurement. Third-party offers and acceptance by Port Authority employees of gifts and other items related to their official duties is prohibited.

Note: The successful Bidder will be required to complete Secure Worker Access Consortium (S.W.A.C.) background check prior to starting work at the site. The background check may take up to six (6) weeks.
